How long does it production process take prior to dispatch?
Our products are all custom made and hand made to order so it generally takes up to around 2 weeks. Some stock items are already made and can be dispatch immediately.
Can we fast track our order?
We can fast track products if requested at a small fee with a 3-4 days turnaround. Please email or call us prior ordering to ensure we can meet your time frame.
I like one of your product but wish for it to be slightly different, what are my options?
Our products are all custom made and hand made to order so we can accommodate minor changes. If products require additonal materials, production timing we can still make your product but at a minor fee. Please contact us via the custom order form here.
Can I pick up my order?
We generally don’t offer pick-ups for our products except for special circumstance as previously arranged with us before placing order. LIving Etch is a small home based business and works solely from our home studio. Please contact us directly before placing your order as we sometimes do allow pick ups at a public place.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
No, we currently ship only within Australia.
How can I ensure my product is delivered safely?
All products are photographed prior dispatch to ensure it is not faulty prior delivery. If you wish to ensure the delivery is safe and protected, we suggest upgrading to extra cover for $4 for product guarantee. You have this option at checkout. Photo evidence may be request prior to processing the replacement.
What are the exchange and refund policy?
There is no exchange, change of mind or returns on personalised items and custom orders. For custom orders and orders that is outside the standard scope, we cannot guarantee finish result and it's quality as the custom design has not been trial and tested. We endeavour to provide our recommendations and feedback but If you wish to do a sample run to be confident on the outcome, we can provide this for a small fee, please inform us prior to order.
