Free standard postage Australia wide on all products. Express and Extra Cover postage available for as upgrades.
Arrival time
Since majority of our products are personalised or custom made, processing time and ship out can vary from product to product. Once your product leaves our studio you will be notified via email so you can expect a delivery within 1 - 4 business days.
Can I pick up my order?
Mostly, we don’t offer pick-ups for our products except for special circumstance as previously arranged with us before placing order. LIving Etch is a small home based business and works solely from our home studio. Please contact us directly before placing your order as we sometimes do allow pick ups at a public place.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
No, we currently ship only within Australia.
Damaged Items
We ensure that we package your order with care and to the best of our ability. If you received a damaged product due to production issues, please notify us within 7 days of shipping noticed along with your receipt of your purchased order. All products are photographed prior dispatch to ensure it is not faulty prior delivery. If you wish to ensure the delivery is safe and protected, we suggest upgrading to extra cover for $4 for product guarantee.
Photo evidence may be request prior to processing the replacement.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot return personalised products.
Only full priced base stock items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery notice & purchased receipt. When returning an unwanted item, please note that you have acknowledged that you have received the product in an acceptable condition and we will only process the returned item(s) when received and after being assessed by us. We will then notify you via e-mail of your refund.
Return postage will be at the purchaser's cost.
