PAYMENT

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.

POSTAGE

Living Etch offers free standard postage* Australia wide on all products.

 

can not be held responsible for postage delays by 3rd party delivery companies after your order has left our care. By selecting Express Shipping, it ensures your package is moved through the postal service quickly via Australia Post. It does not mean fast track production in our studio.

 

Once your order has been shipped, Living Etch cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. We endeavour to provide careful packaging of delicate items.

Some items are untracked, please know we cannot take responsibility for locating your parcel once it has left our care.   If there are any issues with the freight provider, including non-delivery or if any part of your order is damaged during transit, please contact them within 24 hour after receiving your order. You can select Registered postage option for an added level of security.

 

Living Etch ships orders Australia Wide. (Worldwide Shipping in the pipeline!)

All of our products are made to order. and can be dispatch with 3-5 days for in stock supplies but please allow up to two weeks for certain product. (Contact us here to confirm specific product timeframe)

This means, In our continued effort to minimise waste, please note that your order may arrive in a re-used shipping box or 
be packed with re-used stuffing. 

CANELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All products are designed and made to order, therefore we do note accept

  • change of mind

  • Exchanges

  • damaged good due to misuse and handling not in accordance to our recommendations

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours with your order number, photographs and description as it had arrived you. We will then assess the damage on a case-by-case basis. It will be at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned and replaced or repaired on the basis of damage caused by Living Etch. Where repair or replacement is required by us, the item must be returned to us in an unused condition with all original packaging. 

If your order is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours stating your order number with photographs and descriptions of what the concerns are. This is to ensure that the items are not damaged since unboxing of the item.

Please triple check your order prior to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to accept cancellations. 

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. Actual products may vary in colour from those shown on your devices.

 

All products are handmade to order resulting where variation may exist . They are not considered as product faults. Living Etch timber products are made of natural material, its grain is subject to minor variances from piece to piece. These variation that may exist in either colour or grain are considered normal.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, if we deem him/her to be misusing our service, or using our service in an unlawful manner.

We reserve the right to make alterations to our service, products or prices, at any time, without notice or consequence.
