ARTWORK / DOCUMENT FILE UPLOAD

There are 3 purpose to upload a file;

1. Upload artwork to include on product (Compulsory for selected item) You selected artwork upgrade to a book cover - you must upload artwork file for us to process to production.

2. Upload documents for optional free upgrades (Optional - as specified within individual listing) If option is offered on the product listing, you are welcome to take on the offer by providing your own file. ie. free optional upgrade for owner provided font instead of our default selection.

3. Upload precedents or inspiration design for our better understanding. (Optional for all products)

   You may have a minor request (specific placement or scale). By uploading sketches, it can help better our understanding. i.e. providing a sketch for a book cover text design to understand scale relation between each line.

   Note: Overall size limitation still applies. Major edits could lead to additional cost (to be agreed prior to production)

   
   
   
   

To upload a file, please follow the steps below;

1. Place your order as normal, no need to upload anything just yet.

2. A separate email will be sent along with your order confirmation to upload your artwork / document file.

3. Please reach out if you don't receive it within 30 mins of receiving an order confirmation.

4. Click on the file upload link in the artwork upload within the email

5. Read the requirements and fill the form out accordingly.
   

   One form per item.

   i.e. Form to be filled out twice if 2 separate products require artwork upload within the same order.​

   Base products with separate upgrades are considered as one item. Please note the base item on the form, not the upgrade.

   e.g. If you ordered screw bind book (item 01) with cover art and double spine (item 02) upgrade, please enter the base product (item 01) on the artwork upload form.

   
   

6. The quicker you process the form, the faster your order can be placed for production. Delaying in providing all information required will lead to production delays.

PHOTOS & IMAGES	FONT FILES	VECTOR FILES
Photos / Images must be high resolution in the following format: Photos / Images / Text image (JPEG, PNG)(Text on white or contrasting plain background) logos (JPEG & PNG, PDF) If photos are deemed not suitable, we will be in contact to request a backup file. IMAGE SELECTION GUIDE	Please provide font files in .OTF or .TTF. format. Alternatively, we accept a vectorised PDF or JPEG image file​	Accepted extension file: SVG, DWG, AI, PDF (PDF in Vector format only) Please indicate the followings within the file: cut (red) outline (Blue) fill / engraving (black fill) Not compulsory but optional only: sometimes, sending a proof in JPEG or PDF of the vector file helps with quality control.
