WE REQUIRE APPROVAL OF DESIGN PROOFS PRIOR TO PRODUCTION. TO AVOID DELAYS PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL WITHIN 12-24HRS AFTER ORDER. OUR PROOFS INCLUDES 1x ITERATION ALLOWED.
 
Orientation is landscaped by default. Please indicated in 'Note to Seller' for portrait oreination.
All grain directions to run horozontally.  A4 Landscape and A3 Portrait will run vertically.

      • Upload your photos via a provided link
      • Have a 10 min design phone chat if desired.
      • We get designing and submit to you a proof for production.
        Option to edit with our InDesign template if you wish to take control of the design.

All products are made to order to the personalisation as per your selection; therefore it is strictly no exchange or refund.

Material Disclaimer

Timber is a natural material where there will be a slight variation (grain, colour etc) between your ordered product.

They may also change shape over time due to heat and cold, moisture or dryness. When products contain large thin pieces, they may slightly bow overtime as a natural acclimatisation reaction if placed in hot dry areas and under direct sunlight. We advise to mount our products at closer intervals where possible and out of direct sunlight. Our timber are finished with a clear matte waterbased varnish for protection.

Our products must be use under adult supervision at all times. They are not toys.
