IMAGE: Please refer to artwork upload below. 
IMAGE OPTION ONLY: If you have a specific layout for images / text, you are welcome to upload a sketch to assist us in providing a proof matched to your preference. Otherwise, we will provide a design that best match your personlisation for your comment. Please refer to 'artwork upload' tab below.
 
WE REQUIRE APPROVAL OF DESIGN PROOFS PRIOR TO PRODUCTION. TO AVOID DELAYS PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL WITHIN 12-24HRS AFTER ORDER. 
OUR PROOFS WILL INCLUDE UP TO A FEW DESIGN OPTIONS FOR YOU TO SELECT / COMMENT FROM. (1x ITERATION ALLOWED)

  • Product Infomation

    This product is made from 3mm thick in your choice in material. Acrylic have a matte finish by default top side except for clear acrylic.

    Our products are finished off with a clear waterbase matt varnish.

    Dimension: 17cm x 5 cm x 3mm thick with wax twine

  • Artwork Upload

    If you have selected an upgrade that requires artwork submission, a separate email will be sent to your inbox for upload upon order confirmation. Please note, there is no need to upload anything at this moment.

Font & File Upload

If a file upload is required as part of your order, a separate email will be sent to your inbox for upload upon order confirmation. 

You may provide your own font file (.OTF & .TTF format only) to use in a product at no additional cost. Please note that Living Etch will not be held liable on output quality and expectation.

All products are made to order to the personalisation as per your selection; therefore it is strictly no exchange or refund.

Material Disclaimer

Timber is a natural material where there will be a slight variation (grain, colour etc) between your ordered product.

They may also change shape over time due to heat and cold, moisture or dryness. When products contain large thin pieces, they may slightly bow overtime as a natural acclimatisation reaction if placed in hot dry areas and under direct sunlight. We advise to mount our products at closer intervals where possible and out of direct sunlight. Our timber are finished with a clear matte waterbased varnish for protection.

Our products must be use under adult supervision at all times. They are not toys.
