    If you are after Customised design, logo or business signages, please enquire within for a quote.

     

    Please do not overcrowd the number of characters as the text size will be scaled proportional to the board size. The more letters you have on a smaller board, the more fragile the 3D text and cramped, compromising on the aesthetics.

    Timber backing Plaques are recommended for interior use only. Acrylic can be used outdoor however not recommended for prolong time under direct sunlight. All our wooden products are finished off with a clear waterbase varnish.

    You may select up to 2 text colours as along as they are within your selected group.

    If you opted for "Premium" range, you may select any colour within the Premium and standard range as per material chart link below.

     

    In stock colours:

    Standard: All available except Red, brown, Grey

    Premium: Mirror Gunmetal

    Please note that in stock colours are readily available at our studio. All other colours requires ordering from our supplier which requires minimum additional 7 - 10 working days to reach our workshop prior to production.

  • Design Proof Approvals

    WE REQUIRE APPROVAL OF DESIGN PROOFS PRIOR TO PRODUCTION. TO AVOID DELAYS PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL WITHIN 12-24HRS AFTER ORDER. OUR PROOFS INCLUDES 1x ITERATION ALLOWED

     

    If you have a particular placement in mind, you are welcome to upload a sketch / drawing to assist us in understanding your imagined design. Please refer to instructions noted within the 'artwork upload email' upon placing your order online.

    Alternatively, we will provide a few design options for you to select based on your personalisation as noted.

Artwork, File & Font Upload

If a file upload is required as part of your order, a separate email will be sent to your inbox for upload upon order confirmation. 

You may provide your own font file (.OTF & .TTF format only) to use in a product at no additional cost.

Please note that Living Etch will not be held liable on output quality and expectation as these fonts have not be tested before.

Exchanges & Refunds
All products are made to order to the personalisation as per your selection; therefore it is strictly no exchange or refund for change of minds.

Material Disclaimer

Timber is a natural material with slight variations (grain, colour etc) between our images and your ordered product; these are not faults.

Our larger items may inherit slight bowing overtime due to natural acclimatisation if placed in hot dry areas and/or under direct sun. We recommend mounting our products at closer intervals where possible and out of direct sunlight. Our timber products are protected with a clear matte water based varnish. Our acrylic products are suitable for external use.

​Living Etch products must be use under adult supervision at all times. They are not toys.
